Santiago Buonomo
Santiago Buonomo, known as "Dj el Charru," hails from Uruguay, where he was born and raised. From a young age, he was exposed to the enchanting melodies of tango within the walls of his family home. Even his grandmother fell under the spell of Alberto Echagüe, although her attempts to emulate his seductive charm were unfortunately unsuccessful.
Since 2017, Santiago has embarked on a journey across Europe, captivating audiences with his DJ skills in milongas, festivals, and marathons. Since 2019, he has made the vibrant city of Krakow his home, immersing himself in its bohemian atmosphere. As an organizer of Milonga Pipí Cucú, Bien pulenta, and Charrúa y bailarín, he brings his passion for tango to life.
When Santiago takes to the DJ booth, he exclusively spins traditional tango tunes from the years 1935 to 1955. His sets are infused with an infectious energy and genuine passion, accompanied by captivating cortinas that make it almost impossible for dancers to tear themselves away from the dance floor.

In his musical selection, he stands out for creating through music an original and authentic atmosphere typical of Buenos Aires milongas.
Yanina Erramouspe
She joined the Tango world in 1996. Since then, she has been training herself in a 360° way when it comes to the culture of Tango: dance, history, music, lyrics, etc.
She describes herself as “First a Milonguera, then a Maestra and finally a Tdj (even though she thinks musicalizer is more appropriate)”. Her first experiences musicalizing took place in Buenos Aires, at Porteño y Bailarín fist, and Fulgor de Villa Crespo then (Si sos brujo, Seguime si podes, El entrevero).
When she started coming regularly to Rome, thanks to the trust of the organizers, she started doing it more often, always under the sharp eye (and ear) of one of her Maestros Jorge Dispari. That gave her the chance to have a “personalized training” through his accurate, precise and loving feedbacks after every single set, and encouraged her to do it in a systematic and more professional way.
Last few years, she started musicalizing in some of the most acknowledged events in Italy and Europe, but you can also find her in local milongas, either in Rome or Buenos Aires. She is convinced that her previous experience, her knowledge of Tango in a holistic way and her “inside milonguera” make her particularly aware of the dance floor as well as permanently connected to its “temperature” and the dancer’s desires.
Stamatis Katharopoulos
He joined tango in 2004. As a dancer and a teacher he always empathized with musicality. That was what inspired him to begin as a Tango DJ, while forming a personal style in his musical choices.
His sensitivity to the pulsations of the dance, nourished by his intense experience as a dancer, brings him into composing selections tailored to the circumstances of each milonga to delight the dancers.
In every tanda, he seeks a balance between tonus and softness, between melody and rhythm.
